Even though you are surrounded by people who love you, you may feel alone in the management of your illness or you may feel misunderstood or pressured by others.
I understand this and can help you. By helping you express your feelings about your illness and the burden and restrictions it places on your life, we can work to help you act and feel as optimistic and proactive in your illness management as possible. I have experience working with diabetes, chronic pain, asthma, and cardiovascular disease.
